REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Refund:
Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase. You have to meet the cancellation policy clause for refunds.
Cancellation policy:
Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched with a small fees charged by payment gateway provider and conversion charges. However, if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a return shipping charge and a 35% restocking fee will be applicable. For orders cancelled before dispatch, there may be a payment gateway fee of 4%, currency conversion charges of 3% for international orders, and 2% other fees. The payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
